“The Fragrance of Destiny by Divine Order”

Bishop Dr. Laterra Ruffin

Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, Bishop & Apostle LaTerra Ruffin is the first of two daughters birthed through “Woman of Faith,” Anita Elayne Williams and LeRoy DeMars Williams.  Bishop LaTerra Ruffin’s uncle and Church of Faith founder, “ man of precise power and wisdom,” Elder Robert Lee McBay, delivered the following prophetic herald over Bishop LaTerra Ruffin’s three-month young life, during his visit to welcome the family’s new addition in Many, Louisiana: “Sam is coming! Sam WILL bring about a change! Sam WILL do great and mighty Kingdom works. Sam WILL be a blessing to many nations.”

Within a year, Bishop LaTerra Ruffin’s family relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under the direct spiritual aptitude and home of Elder Robert Lee and First Lady Johnnie-Mae McBay.  This “by faith” move serves as the divine trajectory where the next five decades would form the following ministry vitae:

Domestically, Bishop LaTerra Ruffin began “bringing about a change” from West Philadelphia where she was saved and taught to love and serve God, live by faith, developed a love for the Word and people, grew to discern and move in the ways and authentic power of God, under the unparalleled leadership of her uncle’s son in the faith, Bishop Claude R. Barnes (Church of Faith, Inc).  Here, Bishop LaTerra Ruffin was also baptized and later ordained into the ministry of the Lord Jesus … to Indiana, Pennsylvania where Victory Christian Assembly’s, Bishop Melvin Jenkins & Elder David Hanson refined the voice of God to echo in uncompromised shoe leather …to Palm Springs, California as Assistant Pastor under the direct leadership of Dr. Jeff E. Walker (Victory Christian Center). God used these three-pronged ministries to enlarge and establish His will in the lives of countless individuals, families, companies, and institutions. Therein, where the Spirit of the Lord leads, Bishop LaTerra Ruffin follows with unapologetic faith, power, and Kingdom fruit which remains!

Apostle LaTerra Ruffin began accepting international ministry-partnership assignments since her early twenties. With a burden for the nations as prophesied by Elder Robert McBay. Apostle LaTerra Ruffin has been used by the Holy Spirit to build and plant churches and parachurch ministries for over thirty years (abroad and domestic). Now through her birthing of Kingdom Covenant Ministries International, Bishop LaTerra’s global assignment continues. Trinidad, Ghana, Nairobi, Bahamas, Jamaica and other nations are in the circuit of impact and assignment!

Bishop LaTerra Ruffin walks in step with the Holy Spirit and her anointed, Bible teacher extraordinaire, licensed marriage and family therapist, husband of 22 years – the one and only, Pastor Marcus Orlando Ruffin (Sweety). Together, they birthed, pastor and love an amazing faith-garnished congregation: Life Empowerment Church of Moreno Valley, California. Team Ruffin’s 19 year young miracle twins, King-Marcus Oral & Queen-Majesty Acacia are a product of mountain-moving faith. They continue to be taught of the Lord as they maximize His talents and giftings in their lives.

As the partnered, Western Liaison for Kingdom Legacy Alliance, Bishop LaTerra Ruffin masterfully fortifies Kingdom connections beyond “church walls.” These partnerships awaken and mobilize the true church to function as one voice.

“Da T.R.U.T.H.” provides voice where men disclose their intimate maturation journey in every and any life area. Bishop LaTerra birthed this bicoastal/international impact that brings healing to the deliverer and the hearer. Subsequently, real men arise and remain. Bishop LaTerra D. Ruffin The world pined for Bishop LaTerra Ruffin’s book debut, Faith Faces: an anthology commemorating her forty-years since accepting the love of God through Jesus. Bishop LaTerra answered with thirty faith-faces (authors) sharing their hope-infused “Faithimony.” This arsenal opens with Bishop LaTerra’s amazing, heart-gripping faith journey sent to awaken every reader’s “I BELIEVE GOD” declaration.
Bishop, Wife, Mother, Pastor, Prophetic voice to the nations, Author, Master Life Coach, Professor, Apostle LaTerra Ruffin are emphatically hinged upon the humble-servant-leader model. This posture remains her chief and sole position as it paves the way for hearing the voice of the Lord declare “well done good and faithful servant,” to her heart…. daily.

Bishop LaTerra Ruffin’s best friend is “The Trinity” and her life exemplifies DUNAMIS power for Your Now and Next!

May God be glorified in all things!!

“The Aroma of True Commitment”

Gabrielle Banks hails from Stafford, Virginia, with a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from High Point University and a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity. Her Baptist and non-denominational roots fuse with the Pentecostal traditions of her former church home and her theological education to create a Bapti-Costal liberation lens focused on radical hospitality and spiritual authenticity. Gabrielle is excited to yield to the Holy Spirit in new and dynamic ways as she accepts God’s daily call to ministry. She knows the Lord is up to something unimaginable, and she says, “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening, and I will obey.”
