Evangelist Shelena Tolerson is a dedicated Government Security Specialist with over 20 years of service and a heart for ministry. As she looks forward to retiring in the next few years, she is preparing for a new chapter—caring for newborns in the NICU, where she can nurture and pour love into each little life. Shelena walks boldly in her calling as an Evangelist, volunteering at church food banks and serving others with compassion. A proud mother of two adult children, she enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, skating, bowling, and learning about new cultures. Her faith is central to her life—she treasures quiet moments spent reading the Word, worshiping, and being lifted by gospel music. Shelena is a faithful virtual member of Redeeming Life Ministries International in Madison, Alabama, where she honors her leaders, Bishop Daniel B. Salley Jr. and Pastor Barbara A. Salley.
Evangelist Latika Vines is a licensed Evangelist with over a decade of ministry experience, dedicated to serving those spiritually wounded or neglected by religion. She has led in roles such as Youth Ministry, Spiritual Advisor, and Dance Ministry Director, and Deaconess in Training. Her ministry centers on compassion, truth, healing, and community. As founder of Visionary Initiatives, LLC, she empowers working moms to align faith, family, and career. Latika also serves on a public charter school board and is active in her local community. She lives in Southern Maryland with her husband and four daughters.
Liana Stewart has been a devoted member of Redeeming Life Ministries International since childhood. As the leader of the dance ministry, she uses movement as a form of worship and expression, mentoring young women through both creativity and Christ-centered guidance. With a heart for children and a professional background in mental health, Liana is passionate about encouraging and uplifting the next generation. She is deeply grateful for the support Redeeming Life has provided, especially through the Women of Excellence space—a nurturing environment where young women and women alike are cared for, uplifted, and cultivated according to biblical principles.
Pastor Barbara Ann Salley was born in Washington, DC where she lived until age two when her family moved to Winston Salem, North Carolina. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior as a teenager in 1971. While attending Morning Star Baptist Church, she faithfully served on the Young Adult Choir, The Believer Ministry providing assistance & love to the sick and shut-in as well as being committed to attending bible study and regular weekly services.
After completing high school, she married Bishop Daniel B. Salley Jr. and to this blessed union were born three beautiful children, Denascia, Demetrius, and Danielle. They were nurtured in the way of the Holy Scriptures and now that they are older, they have not departed from them. All three children are born again and serving faithfully in the ministry. Evangelist Felecia Boyd was born and raised in Jamaica, Queens, New York, as the fourth of eight children, of the late Brother J.D. Boyd and Evangelist Irma Boyd. Her ministry journey began in 1997 where she founded the church’s first Praise Team, which she directed for 15 years. Women’s Ministry, Sunday School, New Members Class, and launched the Children’s Church Ministry. initiated the Intercessory Prayer Ministry at Park Hall Holiness Church . Her dedication to serving in these roles exemplified her heart for worship, discipleship, and spiritual growth. Currently, Evangelist Spence is a devoted member of Redeeming Life Ministries International. Beyond her ministry, Evangelist Boyd is a loving mother and grandmother and above all, she is an intercessor, a worshipper, and a servant of God. Her favorite scripture, found in Psalm 51:10- 11, reflects her heart’s desire for purity and intimacy with God.
Minister Lorice Parker is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), who specializes in adult and family counseling. She has over 20 years of experience providing therapy for individuals, families, and couples. In 2020, Lorice answered the call of God on her life and became a licensed minister. She continues to be excited about combining her love for God and her love of helping people. She welcomes every opportunity to merge her professional experience and her spiritual walk to help couples, families, and individuals be who God has called them to be.
Evangelist Dr. Sharon V. Snowden is a devoted servant of God and respected faith leader. From a young age, she felt a divine calling that shaped her spiritual journey. Over the years, she has served in numerous church roles, including Youth Leader, VBS Teacher, Choir Member, Deaconess, and currently Head of the Usher Board.
With a Master’s in Christian Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology, she is passionate about using her education to support others through counseling and community outreach. Her mission is to empower, uplift, and reflect God’s love in all she does.
Getting to Know My Sister
Minister Dr. Danielle A. Salley, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is renowned for her compassionate, faith-driven approach to care and is affectionately known as the “mini Dr. Cooke.” She’s certified in Bio-Identical Hormone Pellet Therapy and excels in advanced gynecologic procedures. Academically distinguished, she holds a B.S. in Biology, B.S. and M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies, and a Doctorate in PA Practice. Her passion for women’s health is rooted in a desire to minister to body, mind, and spirit. In July 2023, she was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel, at Redeeming Life Ministries International, and faithfully serves on its Praise Team. She also chairs the Health and Wellness Committee, promoting holistic care in the body of Christ. She bridges medicine and ministry with grace, humility, and spiritual insight.
Evangelist Zanthia D. Pennington has dedicated over ten years to serving at Redeeming Life Ministries International in Southern Maryland, working under Bishop Daniel B. Salley Jr. and Pastor Barbara A. Salley. She earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences from Howard University, obtained a certificate in Web Development from Strayer University, and is currently pursuing an M.Div. in Biblical Studies at Regent University. Zanthia actively participates in community service and Christian ministry, including intercessory prayer, audio announcements, and the senior usher board. She leads the Kingdom Community Outreach Ministry, organizing efforts such as school supply drives and holiday gift baskets. Licensed as an evangelist in 2023, her ministry emphasizes soul-winning, prophetic encouragement, and biblical discipleship.

Evangelist Latisha Parker, a Washington, DC native, is a devoted woman of God, passionate prayer warrior, and worshipper. Married to Milton Parker and the eldest child of Yvette Payne, she began her faith journey early at Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church. A Suitland High graduate, she holds an associate’s degree in business management from the University of Maryland and brings over 25 years of customer service experience. Currently a Customer Service Manager at Kaiser Permanente, she also leads an intercessory prayer team and supports church operations at Redeeming Life Ministries International. Licensed as an Evangelist in 2023, she is active in ministry and outreach through the Healthy Babies Project. A mother of five and grandmother of twelve, her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 1:5 (AMP). She enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with family.
Minister Jacklyn Todman is a passionate woman of faith and a gifted vocalist with a heart for ministry. From leading the band Loyal to One to pursuing solo projects and collaborating with others in music ministry, she uses her voice to inspire hope and usher in the presence of God.
For over 23 years, she has faithfully served at Redeeming Life Ministries International in various capacities, including Church Administrator. Licensed as a Minister in 2016 and trained in Prophetic Ministry, she continues to grow through mentorship and active service.
Minister Todman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and is a certified instructor. She is driven by a desire to see lives transformed through the power of God’s Word. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with loved ones, and embracing new adventures.
Evangelist Samala Satterwhite was born and raised in Washington, DC. She holds degrees in Psychology and Organizational Development from Prince George’s Community College and Bowie State University, and she’s currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. She is a proud mother to Lakeisha and Marcus, a grandmother of four, and a wife to her husband, Andre. She serves as the CEO of Human Capital Maximizers, and she is the Director of Administration at the Downtown DC BID. Above all, she is saved, filled with the Holy Ghost, and serves as an evangelist. She loves Jesus, and her greatest passion is to reflect His character in every aspect of her life.
LaTisha Henderson is a spirit-filled servant, psalmist, prophetic intercessor and member of Redeeming Life Ministries International. She began her journey in prophecy in February of 2020, under Apostle Dr. Jimmie Reed of Global Manifestation and launched a humbled- perfected walk in prophecy and has accepted the prophetic mantle; with a vow to reach the “Nineveh” of our time. You may hear her say “you can’t defeat a woman with a prayer-life and a strategy”, and that’s her own motto. Tish is willing and ready to do what the Kingdom requires and is an active part of RLMI on the praise team, intercessory team, Prophetic team and various other ministries.

Minister Darlene Green is a Holy Ghost-filled woman of God, called to preach after a season of fasting and prayer. She is a licensed minister with over 20 years of ministry experience, faithfully serving at Redeeming Life Ministries International. She holds a biblical studies degree from Alpha Bible College and is passionate about preaching, teaching, and community outreach. Minister Green is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life and ministry reflect Matthew 22:37—loving God with all her heart, soul, and mind.
Minister L. Donnita Odey’s Christian journey started at her father’s church and extended to Jericho Baptist Church, (aka City of Praise) in Landover, MD. She visited Redeeming Life Ministries International (RLMI) only to discover, she served with Bishop Daniel and Pastor Barbara Salley at Jericho Baptist Church. Her gift is to share/deliver the Gospel in a way that is plain and simple. She is married to Brother (Prophet) Raymond A. Odey. They pray that their marriage is always an expression of God’s love for His people. Minister Odey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from George Mason University and a
Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She also earned a Certificate of Completion from Jericho Christian Training College and completed training in American Sign Language.
Elder Denascia A.R. Salley is a dedicated professional and faithful servant of Jesus Christ. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and multiple ministerial and professional certifications. From a young age, she accepted Christ and responded to His call to ministry. She was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel and later ordained into the Office of Elder. She serves faithfully at Redeeming Life Ministries International under Bishop Daniel B. Salley, Jr. Elder Salley is a gifted communicator and dynamic orator of the Word of God. Her ministry crosses cultural, generational, and denominational boundaries. Her messages are bold, clear, and rooted in the power of the Holy Spirit. She is known for her integrity, humility, and unwavering faith. Her life reflects true Christian character and purposeful living.
