What We Believe

Our faith is rooted in the Word of God and expressed through how we live, worship, and serve.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ—His virgin birth, atoning death, resurrection, and His return in power and glory.

Salvation

We believe salvation is the commitment of a person’s life to God the Father through receiving and recognizing Jesus Christ as the Son of God.

Water Baptism

We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.

Acts 2:38, Acts 8:36–39

Holy Spirit Baptism

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

Acts 1:8, Acts 2:4, Acts 19:1-7

Divine Healing

We believe in divine healing through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross.

1 Peter 2:24, Isaiah 53:4–5

New Life

We believe that those who become believers are transformed and no longer pursue the desires of the world.

2 Corinthians 5:17, 2 Corinthians 6:14–18

Resurrection

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting separation.
